Deep within the halls of the Miskatonic Research Facility, a primordial terror has begun. The eccentric Professor Knox (Rebecca Ferratti) has created a regression serum that takes the human form back to man’s primitive origins, but not as an ape or Neanderthal, but as a feline predator. Several attempts to use it lead Knox into a deadly world where fresh blood and the thrill of the hunt are uncontrollable. After a brutal murder, the now deranged professor is locked away in a mental institution, her secret buried… but not for long.

Five years later, a repressed and weary Professor Benson (Leslie Culton) discovers the secret serum. Pushed over the edge by her egocentric supervisor Phil Treat (Brian Berry) she begins experimenting with the formula. Unbeknownst to her lab assistant Dave (Nathan Miller), Professor Benson transforms from drab to Diva almost overnight, and has an insatiable sexual appetite and urge to reproduce with any man she comes into contact with.

Dave’s girlfriend, Jessica (Danielle Donahue) becomes suspicious of Benson’s activities. She convinces Dave something is amiss and they begin to investigate for themselves the carnage. Unfortunately for Dave, he discovers too late the shocking truth of his friends and co-workers, as he dragged into the center of the animalistic horror. In this game of cat and mouse, no one is who they seem, and anybody can fall prey to the Wildcat.
